✧ A list containing my ToS,as well as general information about my
commission process and what you can expect from me ✧

✧ Commissions submitted via the form (at this time) are for Personal Use only; (cannot have merch made out of it, be used in game content, re-sold as an adoptable, etc.);✧ All commissioned artwork will be digitally made;✧ Commission forms must have all the necessary information provided for your request to go forward (this means having your idea outlined, as well all the relevant reference material being linked in some way);To further clarify: If you have provided every piece of information you can think of for the piece, but I have additional questions to get a clearer idea, I will get in contact so we can discuss and sort out the remaining details.However, if the form is missing key reference material and information and wasn't filled out properly, your request will be pushed to the bottom of priority or disregarded entirely.✧ Payments are via Paypal only and will be invoiced in Euros;
✧ A 50 € deposit fee will be charged for colored commissions when drafting/sketching begins (which will fully cover the sketch and later be deducted from the final price);✧Greyscale pieces will be charged fully after a basic sketch is provided;✧The prices listed for sketch and greyscale pieces are a flat rate, meaning no further charges would be added based on the complexity of the character's design (charges for background, additional characters and rush orders still apply);✧ Payment Plans for commissions priced 200 € and up can be discussed(please be sure to mention it in the form );✧ Orders at this time are non-refundable (I will work on making it possible for the future (at the very least for partial refunds), but at this time I will not be able to provide them). If I feel like that , for whatever reason, I cannot complete your order at all , a partial refund would be issued (which would be based on how much work is left on the piece );✧ If the Client acts inappropriately with me or online at any capacity (i.e. makes racist, homophobic, transphobic comments, harrasses people online,etc. ) - the order will be cancelled and a refund will not be issued✧ If the project is suspended for any and all reason, please inform before the full price has been paid;
If the deposit has been paid but the project needs to be suspended, the deposit will not be refunded, however if the project is resumed within the following 8 months , the deposit will be deducted from the final price;✧ Turnaround time can be anywhere from a couple of weeks for greyscale commissions to 1-2 months, whereas colored commissions could take up to 3-4 months to be completed;✧ Revisions during the draft phase are free of charge - a number of free revisions are available at later stages of the piece’s development, and all subsequent revisions are charged (please refer to the price list for further information );✧ If there’s a deadline for the piece , please be sure to mention it as early as possible so I can let you know if I could feasibly meet it. If I can ,the rush order fee might apply;✧ For commercial commission , please contact me via email, and I'd be happy to discuss it;✧ I may decline any and all commission requests;✧ The commissioned image CANNOT be used (at ANY stage of the creation) to train AI , nor to be minted as an NFT;✧ The commissioned image cannot be altered in any way (small filters and edits of the like are okay);✧ WIPs as well as the final image might be shared on my social media, as well as be used as examples in my portfolio. (If you’d wish to keep it private, the privacy fee might apply);A high res PDF (for personal use like printing at home) and a watermarked JPG to post online of the final illustration will be provided via email;

✧ I will draw:
- Up to 3 OCs
- Your portrait (please beware it will be very stylized as I do not do realism)
- Animal companions* / Anthropomorphic characters
- Armor (which may fall under the extra charge fee for detailed designs depending on complexity) , - Some NSFW. (can discuss in more detail privately , in such cases please email me before filling out the form so I can let you know if I’d be able to do it!)
- Your DnD characters / BG3 Tav's
- Fanart* am happy to draw regular and fantastical animal companions!✧ I do not draw:
- Heavy Realism / Pet Portraits / Caricature
- Furries
- Heavy mecha
- Environments and landscapes involving perspective and buildings
- Hardcore NSFW art.

✦ General Information ✦

✧ When the form closes, you will be notified via email of your spot in the queue or if your commission has been immediately picked up.;✧ Depending on the information provided , I might ask additional questions about the piece to get a full picture of the idea. If I have a clear. From there the invoice will be sent and I will begin drafting your idea.;✧ I will be sending updates to get your feedback on the idea and will continue polishing until the sketch is pretty much complete.;✧ Once the sketch is approved and ready for rendering, the invoice for the remainder of the payment will be sent. A price breakdown will be provided prior to invoicing, as well as a rough completion timeline and a Trello card for the purposes of tracking progress (via WIP images and a checklist);✧ Important PSA: I tend to occasionally go more silent during the process due to juggling a lot of projects. Please know I’m not avoiding you or disappearing on you - I will send an update as soon as I start painting or at the very least ,a message to let you know where I’m at. Depending on my workload - it might take several days or a couple of weeks until I properly start your piece ( I will let you know additionally ) - I tend to work slower and juggle a lot at once, so please know your piece might/will take a while to be done, but I will make absolutely sure to provide the best quality product.;✧ If you feel like you haven’t heard from me in a while and you’d wish to know how things are going , please don’t hesitate to reach out and I will respond to you within the day (or the next one the latest) ;✧ Please expect responses Monday - Friday (as I don't work weekends);✧ If for any reason I need a deadline extension , I will be sure to notify you as soon as I can;
